$49 /mo

Need something outside the standard packages? Tell us what you need and we will scope it before promising a price.

02 / The system

One system. Three parts that feed each other.

A website nobody finds stays quiet. Traffic that lands on an ignored profile doesn’t book. Build it, get it found, keep it trusted — most owners end up running all three.

Part 1 — Build

A site you can actually send people

A fast five-page site that says what you do, who you serve, and where you work.

Part 2 — Get found

Show up when people search

One page per service, one per city worth targeting — added steadily, not all at once.

Part 3 — Stay trusted

Turn that click into a booked call

A managed Google profile with answered reviews, because that is what the map pack shows first.

03 / Why we exist

You know your trade. We help more customers find you.

You are the plumber, carpenter, welder, cleaner, landscaper or contractor. Your job is doing the work. Ours is making sure the right people can find that expertise, trust it, and call you.

  1. 0:00

    Build

  2. 0:20

    Get found

Made SEO-friendly so Google can actually find it.

  3. 0:40

    Market it

Put in front of the local customers already searching for you.

  4. 1:00

    Social, automated

Your social channels post and stay active on their own.

  5. 1:20

    Leads, automated

Every inquiry captured, followed up, and tracked — nothing chased by hand.

  6. 1:40

    The result

A happy customer, and a system priced for a small business to actually carry.

04 / How it works

Four steps. The first one is a phone call.

We start with the business problem, figure out where to begin, do the agreed work, and make the progress easy to see.

1

You call

(408) 320-6009. Tell us what you need — a new website, better local visibility, SEO, Google Business Profile help, or a workflow you want automated.

2

We figure out where to start

We look at what you already have, what customers are searching for, where the gaps are, and what makes sense to fix first.

3

We do the work

We build the site, fix the foundation, create search pages, manage the Google profile, or automate the workflow we agreed on. Ongoing work gets prioritized month by month.

4

You see what changed

For ongoing services, you get a clear monthly record of what we did, what changed, what we learned, and what we are doing next. One-time projects are finished and handed over ready to use.

  • DATEPage headings and internal links rewritten.
  • DATEReview requests sent to completed jobs.

“Booked a 9am window and the tech showed up just after 11. Work itself was fine but nobody called me.”

Owner reply

Thanks for saying so. An 11am arrival on a 9am window is on us, and you should have gotten a call. Our dispatcher now texts a live ETA when a job runs long. I’d like to credit the trip charge — call the shop and ask for Dana.

What the work is built to do

The point is not to create more marketing activity for its own sake. We build a useful website, make the pages understandable to search engines and customers, keep the local profile accurate, and improve the pieces that are actually helping the business get found and contacted.

The examples above are formats and illustrative work unless explicitly labeled as a real VeloStack client project. We do not present sample rankings, reviews or metrics as client results.

07 / Where we work

Bay Area is home. The US is the market.

VeloStack is based in the Bay Area, where we build local relationships and can meet businesses in person. But websites, SEO, automation and ongoing digital work can be handled for businesses anywhere in the United States.

Bay Area is our local starting point, not a boundary on where we work. Tell us where your business is located and we’ll tell you what we can handle nationwide and what is genuinely local.

08 / Straight answers

What owners ask us first.

Is a bot replying to my customers?

No. AI drafts the reply, a human reads it and approves it before it posts. Nothing goes live unattended, and you can veto any reply before it appears on your profile.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No. Nobody credibly can, and anyone who does is selling you something. We guarantee the work and report it to you monthly.

Google Business Profile changes usually show movement in days to weeks. A new website ranking organically takes three to six months. Those are two different clocks and we set expectations on both.

Am I locked in?

Monthly services can be canceled any time. The website build is a one-time $250 or $500, and it stays yours. Website Care is required while VeloStack hosts and maintains the site; if you stop Website Care, we stop hosting and maintaining it and can provide the handoff needed to move it elsewhere.

Do you work outside the Bay Area?

Yes. Websites, organic SEO, automation and Google Business Profile management can be handled for businesses anywhere in the US. VeloStack is based in the Bay Area, which is our home market for local relationships and in-person work. For map-pack rankings, your own business location and service area determine where your profile can legitimately compete.

Why does the site talk so much about the Bay Area?

Because that is where VeloStack started and where we have the deepest local knowledge. It is a starting market, not a service boundary. The local pages help Bay Area businesses find us while the core services are available across the country.

Five pages is not many. Is that enough to rank?

On its own, no, and we would rather say so than sell you a foundation as a finished building. Local service businesses that rank well typically run 8 to 20 pages — roughly one per service you sell, one per city worth targeting, plus home, about, reviews and contact.

The five-page build is presence and credibility: something to send people, somewhere for a search result to land. The retainer is what grows it.

Call to book.

We'll tell you where to start, walk you toward the full system when you're ready, and if none of it fits, we'll say that too.

A person answers. Starter Website $250 once or Business Website $500 once. Website Care is $49/mo while VeloStack hosts and maintains the site. SEO is $299/mo for the first 6 months, then $149/mo. Google Business Profile is $199 setup + $149/mo ongoing.
