Bay Area website design starts with the business, not a city-name template
Building a website is location-independent. A good regional site explains what the business does, who it serves, where it operates and what the customer should do next. It is not a collection of city-name variations.
Map-pack ranking is different. Proximity to the searcher is a major local factor, so from a Milpitas base we do not promise local map-pack results in San Francisco or Los Angeles. Organic and map-pack work are two different promises.
What we turn down
We will not sell a Milpitas profile as though it were a San Francisco, Los Angeles and Las Vegas local profile. The same geography rule applies whether it helps or hurts the sale.
What the Silicon Valley context changes
The price does not change. The expectation does: customers here tend to notice whether a site is fast, current and obviously maintained. Our builds are hand-built and lightweight, with clear service and local context.
The two website packages
Starter is the foundation: up to five pages, mobile-ready, basic SEO, contact and click-to-call. Business is the fuller option most businesses start with: 10–15 pages, custom design, service and location structure and a lead-focused conversion path.
Both are one-time builds. Website Care is $49/mo while VeloStack hosts and maintains the site. It covers hosting, uptime, backups, security checks and small content updates.
Regional website, then genuinely useful city pages
If the business genuinely operates across several cities, the site can grow into a regional hub with real city pages underneath it. We add pages when there is something true and useful to say, not because a city list has empty slots.
When search becomes the next priority, regional SEO builds from the existing site rather than replacing it.
