$199 setup, then $149/mo ongoing. We manage your Google local presence: categories first, reviews second, completeness and updates alongside them. Every review reply is read and approved by a human before it posts.

The first 30 days: fix the foundation
The $199 setup is not a ceremonial profile audit. We establish a clean baseline: audit the listing, correct inaccurate information, review the primary and secondary categories, tighten the services, check hours and service areas, and make sure the profile represents the business customers will actually encounter.
We also identify the biggest gaps before spending time on activity. If the category is wrong, the service list is weak or the business information is inconsistent, posting more often is not the answer. Fix the foundation first.
By months 2–3: operate the profile
Once the baseline is right, the job becomes ongoing management. We monitor and respond to reviews, keep services and business information current, add useful photos and updates, and watch how the profile is performing against the local businesses you actually compete with.
The goal is not to manufacture activity for a dashboard. It is to keep the profile accurate, active and convincing when someone finds the business in Google and is deciding whether to call, visit or keep looking.
What should improve over time
A strong profile should become easier for customers to trust and easier for Google to understand. That means accurate categories and services, complete business information, current photos and updates, timely review responses and a steady stream of genuine customer feedback.
Local visibility is not a straight-line campaign with a guaranteed ranking at the end. We measure the things we can influence, learn from what Google and customers are showing us, and adjust the profile accordingly.
Categories: the part nobody revisits
Most owners pick a primary category during signup and never touch it again. We compare the businesses ranking above you for your main local terms, identify accurate categories you are missing, and keep the final selection constrained by what you actually offer.
Accuracy is the constraint. A category you do not actually serve is a claim we will not make.
Reviews: velocity and response matter
We monitor incoming reviews and answer them with human approval. The replies mention the actual service and customer context naturally rather than turning every response into a keyword drop.
We also help create a repeatable request process after completed jobs. We do not incentivise reviews, suppress legitimate criticism or promise to remove reviews that simply say something negative.
Service area: the limit we will not cross
A service-area profile can list up to 20 areas, but there is no advantage to filling all twenty. The service area has to reflect where the business genuinely operates. Your own business geography matters for your map-pack visibility. We keep our own VeloStack profile tied to the places we genuinely operate, while we can manage a client’s profile anywhere in the United States where the business legitimately serves customers.
Three things we will not do
Keywords in the business name. Your real business name stays your real business name.
Fake locations. We do not invent service areas, addresses or offices to manufacture proximity.
Review manipulation. No incentives, fake reviews, suppression or promises that a genuine unhappy customer will disappear.
What we do not claim
We do not sell geotagging as an SEO trick. We do not claim weekly posts magically move map rankings. We do not remove or suppress legitimate reviews. We manage the things a business can actually control and tell you what is not worth paying for.
Straight answers
Questions we get on the profile.
What does the $199 setup cover?
The one-time setup covers the initial profile audit and cleanup, category and service review, profile completeness work and the operating baseline we use for ongoing management. The ongoing monthly work starts after setup.
What does the $149/month ongoing service cover?
Ongoing local-presence management: review monitoring and responses, profile completeness, categories and services, photos, hours and updates. The goal is to keep your profile active, accurate and competitive rather than simply logging into a dashboard.
Is a bot replying to my customers?
No. AI drafts the reply, a human reads it and approves it before it posts. Nothing goes live unattended, and you can veto any reply. On anything sensitive — a safety complaint, a billing dispute, a review that names an employee — we call you before we write a word.
Can you remove a bad review?
No, and neither can anyone else who is being honest with you. Google removes reviews that violate its policies, which we will report where it applies, but a genuine unhappy customer stays up. What we can control is the response: specific, non-defensive and useful to the next customer.
Should I offer a discount for reviews?
No. Incentivising reviews is prohibited by Google and puts the profile you depend on at risk. Asking customers for an honest review after a completed job is the appropriate approach.
Do weekly posts help me rank?
We do not sell posts as a ranking trick. We use updates for trust, activity and click-through: they show a business that is open and paying attention and give a customer comparing local options another reason to choose you.
Will you put my keywords in my business name?
Never. Your real business name stays your real business name. Adding search terms to it can put the profile at risk and is not a sustainable local-search strategy.
